Welcome to Carl Humphries Dental Ceramics Ltd
Carl has been in the business of dental technology since he started as an apprentice in 1976. He completed a three-year full time course at the South Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education and University of Wales Dental School in 1980.

He then worked for a short time at the Dental School before working in private practice and a commercial laboratory. After gaining valuable experience and knowledge working in these environments, an opportunity arose to set up laboratory in the beautiful city of Bath in 1984.

About us
Carl spent twenty- one years in Bath running his dental laboratory business, and although he thoroughly enjoyed his time there and friends and people he met, he felt it was time to return to his hometown of Exmouth to be beside the sea again.

The laboratory is a small two-man set up specialising in high quality crown, bridge and implant supported restorations.

General Dental Council Registered
Carl is registered with the General Dental Council, The Medical Devices Directive and is a member of the Dental Laboratories Association.
